Could you be the great assistant I'm seeking to work full-time or Part-Time and handle many of the pesky administrative details of running my growing Real Estate Business?

Busy Real Estate Team Leader buried with far too much to do needs very ORGANIZED, DETAIL-oriented assistant 20-40 hours weekly.

It's 8pm on a Thursday night and I've been here since 5:30am!

I own a rapidly growing Real Estate Sales business located in Bonita where I have been for 12 years now.

I'm stuck working late nights and early mornings because I've just got too many things to do --- all the paperwork, new listings to be processed, prospects to be added to my data base, closings to be scheduled, incoming offers to be directed, a contact management system that must be kept up to the minute correct and other administrative details that go along with running a real estate business. . . are killing me.

Can you help make my headaches vanish by handling some of these details?

Are you somebody who has worked in a Office Environment before, who's superb at handling details. . . a loyal, hardworking behind the scenes type person who always follows through and almost never misses a deadline. . . so productive your last employer considered hiring two people to replace you after you left. . . a strong typist with good computer skills. . . a solid command of Contact Management type programs. . . comfortable in a direct assistant type environment where priorities can change quickly . . . a super-ORGANIZED get-it-done type person who's also very good on the phone talking with people?

If so, we should talk because you just might be the great assistant I'm looking for 20-40 hours a week. Hours must be between 9:00am - 6:00pm United States.
This would be US Pacific Time.

We offer a generous compensation package, including competitive salary, free training, performance bonuses & more fun stuff.

I’m fair to my team.
We honor US Holiday's and I give appropriate bonuses for exceptional work.

One thing I’ve noticed from many of my great Filipino team members is that they sometimes can get embarrassed or feel bad when they don’t know something. I believe it’s because you have such a polite and respectful culture and really strive to be the best. Unfortunately, some have even disappeared and wouldn’t respond because of this fear. I’ve been through this quite a few times.

So if this is going to work for us, the first thing you would need to know is that you MUST contact me when you have a problem. I NEED to know, and you need to be comfortable with dealing with our culture’s more “direct” communication style. It’s not a bad thing at all in our culture’s perspective.

To us, asking for help is looked upon as a good service to the company and the customer. So if you understand that you won’t be looked at negatively and it will actually be appreciated warmly, you will fit right in. That way, we can eliminate any tension that might happen due to cultural differences.

I want to make sure our working relationship starts off right because I expect this to be a long-term working relationship. I expect to have you working for me for years to come. Over time, I hope you will make a very good wage from me and be very happy in your new position.

This is a full time position and i will expect you to not have another job except for working for me. I know it can be very tempting for some to want to take on more than one client, while telling each client that they are only working for them.

I've even seen workers try to be their own little "agency" and secretly pass the extra work off onto a family member or friend while telling the each client that they are working for them exclusively. I need the person I hire to work exclusively for me because if they don't they will never have enough time to complete the tasks i give to them. I have seen that happen before, so if we were to hire you, we must absolutely be in agreement that this will not be a problem in any way.

Training will be provided, as much as possible, combined with self study where appropriate. The training, experience and confidence you will receive can be even more valuable than the money you will receive. I train very well and will always be here to answer any questions that you may have.
I not only train what to do and how but also why and what's the bigger picture, because understanding the context is crucial to unleashing your own best work.
