Associate Solutions Consultant

The Shibumi Solutions Consulting team drives awareness, adoption, delivery and implementation of the Shibumi platform and solutions. Associate Solutions Consultants support the Shibumi Solution Consulting Team to train and mentor Shibumi customers and partners on the how to leverage the Shibumi product to most effectively meet each client’s unique requirements. Associate Solutions Consultants are key participants in all stages of the customer lifecycle – pre-sales, implementation, on-going support and account expansion opportunities.


Location: Remote  (Philippines)


Key Responsibilities
Serve as a Shibumi Platform expert to support our Solution Consulting and Customer Success teams across our Partner and Client engagements around the world.
Understand and translate client business artifacts and requirements into Shibumi solution structures and templates
Provide support throughout all aspects of the sales and implementation process, including development of customized demonstrations, development of marketing and training collateral and support of client implementation activities
Support Solution Consultants in the delivery of multiple ongoing engagements at a variety of stages by assisting with the configuration of the Shibumi Platform and supporting technologies


Desired Qualifications
BS/BA degree
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Strong background with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong PHP and JavaScript skills, CSS style and HTML (Wordpress) experience preferred
Software Development and User Experience (Ui/UX) experience ideal
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Ability to develop strong relationships with internal team members as well as external clients and partners
Ability to work with remote team members
Ability / flexibility to support a global client base
Access to Laptop Computer - Shibumi will supply/fund a laptop after successful completion of the Probation Period (3 Months)
