Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant for UK Agency (Full Time)

Hey,

I run a digital marketing agency in the UK, the main things that we do are SEO, Web Development, Content Marketing and Paid Ads.

We are looking for a virtual assistant who has past experience working for a digital marketing agency and can help us out to do the following things:

- Replying to e-mails
- Make phone calls that we arrange
- E-mail outreach
- Admin Tasks
- Sending invoices to clients
- Scheduling appointments with clients, businesses etc
-Proofreading documents and other office materials.
- Establishing, updating and managing a calendar of important events.
-Receptionist duties: answering calls, leaving voicemails and checking messages.

Ideally I want someone who has past experience being a VA, full written and spoken fluency in english.

Must be able to work UK hours. Additionally it would be great if you have a understanding of digital marketing related concepts.
