Job Duties:
*Close the deal!
*Relatable
*Communicate with all hot lead sellers
*Puts houses under contract
*Excel Spread Sheet Building
*DropBox files


Wages:
$865/mo
**Bonuses**
10% of spread per closed deal


Your qualifications:
* Fluent english speaker
* Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
* 3+ year telemarketing sales experience
* Ability to complete task efficient and expeditiously
* The ability to communicate needs in a positive and productive fashion
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with google docs
* ID Proof 65+
* Preferable 3+ yr in experience in real estate
