Virtual/Administrative Assistance

We need someone who is willing to eventually work exclusively for our brand, RemotelyPossible.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Good communication skills in English
- Past experience in working for an online company (please list previous experience)
- Proven research and data entry skills (please send examples of previous experience)
- Experience with Social Media and Marketing Management is a huge plus
- Experience with ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Slack, Kajabi, bucket.io and Google Apps are all bonuses
- An awesome attitude, healthy work ethic, and good energy are required! :)

TASKS REQUIREMENTS (subject to change)

- Complete web research to identify market opportunities and potential partnerships
- Create databases of the results from your web research
- Fill in weekly newsletter templates with aggregated information and research results and send out to client base
- Upload and publish weekly blogposts
- Upload and manage course content (content is given)
- Write procedures based on the work that you do
- Communicate well and often about the work you're doing and how I can help you do it better!
- Possibility for social media and marketing work (with extra hours/pay) as your experience matches
- Possibility for customer service work as time goes on

INTERVIEW

You must be willing to participate in a video interview before being accepted for the job.

HOURS

This position will be starting at 3-5 hours per week. Would love to find someone that I can give more and more hours to until it's a full-time thing, as the company grows!

COMPENSATION

Your salary will start at $7 per hour.

FULLY PAID 1 MONTH TRIAL

The first month of working for our company you will be on a fully paid probation before we decide to move forward in the future.
