Digital Projects Manager

I run a PR agency and I'm looking for someone who can manage the personal social media accounts of my clients, design and edit brilliant websites using wordpress, give me advice on SEO, edit my personal podcast (using audacity or similar audio editing tools) and to be my personal VA. It is a varied role which could include managing my diary, sending out invites to my podcast guests, creating graphics and even helping to write client proposals (once you have built up an idea of the business). This is a varied role and I'm looking for someone who has initiative and doesn't just follow instructions, but can come up with ideas for social media strategy or SEO improvement. Audio editing
Basic video editing (being able to put subtitles on videos)
Social Media managing
Brilliant English writing skills
Organisation
