Digital Marketing Assistant

Description: We are hiring a remote Virtual Assistant to join our growing team to help with lead generation and entry-level marketing tasks.

Main Objective: Add leads to the lead pipeline and follow up to increase conversions based on an existing SOP

Responsibilities include:
- Checking emails
- Keeping pace with openings on various job boards
- Assessing job listings based on specific criteria and apply to relevant opportunities using prewritten answers
- Recording and managing contacts in lead CRM
- Sending periodic follow ups
- Scheduling calls

- Exceptional eye for detail and organization
- Autonomous, organized, and task-oriented
- Strong research skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Must be a fluent English speaker and familiar with American culture
- Able to work to deadlines effectively
- Experience working in a similar role in a high velocity environment
- Ability to project manage and own assigned tasks to completion
- Working knowledge of funnels, marketing, sales and others is a plus
- Must be based in location with 6 hour working hours overlap with 9-6pm PST
