We are looking for an Administrative Assistant and specialist on Project Management who will be part of our team. The desired candidate will have a wide breadth of knowledge specifically focusing on administrative
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative task which includes
*Preparing documents and correspondence
*Preparing reports and proofreading
*Scheduling and providing telephone support
*Excellent typing skills and strong oral and written skills
*Customer support
• Project management through the use of Asana software
• Constant communication to the lead project administrator
• Collaboration with potential clients and colleagues
• Scheduling expertise using Google calendar with overall proficiency
• Create project plans detailing project schedule, team members and management activities.
• Coordinating and planning for corporate training events
• Perform other duties as assigned or apparent
Requirements:
• Years of experience in administration and management
• Experience client contacting and collaboration
• Capability to make international calls
• Scheduling expertise and event planning experience
• Preferably accounting and bookkeeping experience
• Strong Internet connection preferably fiber optic connection
Qualities
• Excellent English (higher degree preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills – detail-oriented, creative, practical
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be a team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences
Software competence:
• Asana
• Google Docs
• Airtable
• Gmail and Hangouts
