Looking for an Inside Sales Agent for Real Estate Company

A real estate company based in California is in need of an IMMEDIATE home-base experienced Inside Sales Agents.
- Direct Hire
- Rate will start at $5/hr
- Full Time position (40hrs/week)
- Schedule is either 6-2pm or 2-10pm PST

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Real Estate company as an ISA or Appointment Setter.
- Strong oral and interpersonal skills
- Articulate
- Confident
- Friendly and has positive attitude

Job information:
- Responsible in taking Inbound and Outbound Calls for the company secondary hotline. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills as the job is not a typical “Call Center” Job having robotic conversations with people. We encourage friendly and organic conversations while prospecting.
- Must be good in taking accurate data from leads and documenting the information to our CRM
- Handle Email and SMS Inquiries
- May be assigned to projects or campaigns from time to time
