Full Time VA Process Maker & Trainer

We're an Australian marketing agency with an extensive remote team. Due to growth in the business and the team we need a highly organised and process orientated individual to help document processes and to train people on these processes, as well as perform Quality Assurance check for both VA work outputs and applications that the team is working on.

Requirements:

* Must be an excellent communicator ideally with experience training VAs. Most of our VAs have worked with us for many years.
* Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports.
* Perform testing on various software applications.
* Validate client/user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
* Have an eye for detail.
* Can work under pressure.

This is not a project based role, this is a long term engagement.

When applying for this role please provide 3 examples of process documents you have put ---------- can be for anything but needs to be a good demonstration of how you document and communicate processes. Preferably a user manual that you created for a software application, together with the training manual for users.
