Social Media Content Writer

Core Job:
1. FIND CONTENT using available resources that we have compiled.
2. UNDERSTAND CONTENT from real estate/ home related articles.
3. WRITE CONTENT from scratch using articles, news stories, etc.
4. DESIGN CONTENT around Social Media Platforms for 40+ Clients per day.

Possible Opportunities for Growth & Management:
1. Managing a Team of Social Media Content Builders
2. Training new hires to replace you to move up
3. Work with Management to collaborate and grow our product

Requirements:
GREAT WRITER - Excellent english comprehension and writing ability. We are looking for writers who can write at least 2,000 words per day. You will work on a variety of content types from blog posts to sales copy to longer, informative guides. You'll get to write content for a wide range of clients spanning across hundreds of industries, subject matters, and styles.
If your application is considered, you will be asked to complete a writing sample. This will allow us to get a feel of your proficiency to execute the instructions.

~Ability To Find Real Estate Content & Turn It Into Custom Content
~1+ or more years of Instagram, Facebook experience
~1+ or more years of Social Media Posting Platform
~Skillful in Google Suite
~Skillful in Photo Editing (Canva)
~Reliable Internet
~Computer that is fast and reliable
