Scraping Job at Internet Security Firm with FT potential

We need someone AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY to work full time at our up and coming internet security firm. We have some work that the last programmer left off on where he started with CodeIgniter and PHP. We need someone with the ability to code an automated system to scrape IPs on a daily basis from Proxy Web sites and save them to a database.

Here is a sample of one of the scraping tasks :

Scrape a proxy listing website for IP addresses
Return the IP address without the port number, a source ID (each website has a unique number)
Enter the IPs with its correct source id into a CSV file online.
Each daily scrape should append to this CSV
