Hi there! I’m hiring a Wordpress and HTML/CSS expert right now for my growing internet marketing company.

ABOUT ME:
My company develops and creates Wordpress sites for local businesses all throughout the US. I also provide marketing services, but that would not be part of your job.

• I have had my business for over 5 years
• I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
• I own an American (U.S.) Company located in the state of Arizona

ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Setup hosting (cpanel) and install WordPress and add/setup a variety of plugins
• Install and customize WordPress themes (sometimes to match photoshop mockups); strong HTML/CSS knowledge a must; design skills a plus but not required
• We work a lot of popular Wordpress themes/frameworks, like Genesis, StudioPress, WooThemes, etc. Experience with those themes and/or frameworks would definitely be an advantage.
• Tweak performance, configure security, deal with plugin bugs, etc
• Setup autoresponder forms and integrate with websites
• Light editing of website images typically for transparency, size, and simple special effects
• Communicate effectively and meet deadlines

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION:
• We pay weekly
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on excellent work and initiative
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
