Position Summary
Flipt is looking to add an ambitious and creative individual to our Outbound & Inbound Sales team. We are paving the way with a new technology in the Real Estate industry and are looking for the next team member that wants to make an impact. You will qualify the right type of agents to help local home sellers, and call them to present our platform around the US and Canada. You will handle the sales cycle from beginning to end while simultaneously increasing exposure of our company and tech to agents around the country.
Responsibilities:
Close new business via outbound cold calling, prospecting, and social selling
Meet a monthly and quarterly quota
Work closely with the team to consistently achieve production goals
Pitch our solution to agents and brokers
Meet or exceed sales quota through phone-based prospecting & lead qualification, social selling and cold calling
Effectively communicate value proposition to real estate agents & brokers and overcome any objections; know the competitors & how our technology has the advantage
Requirements:
Experience with outbound sales and business development
2 year minimum full sales cycle experience
Experience dialing high volume of calls/day, prospecting, social selling, etc.
Tech or Real Estate industry experience a plus, but not a must
Great attitude, positive and resilience. Motivated by both individual and team achievements.
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong computer skills
