We are a 10 year old top selling agency in Las Vegas Nevada and we need an AWESOME Agent to join our team. We do NOT do any cold calling whatsoever! Every lead and contact that our AWESOME inside agents call, HAVE ASKED us for information. They have given us their contact info in exchange for information of value that we offered to them.
That is right. All of the calls that our inside team call, or to people who have requested our help first.
We are seeking an outgoing, sharp, fast-on-their feet thinker to join our team!
Overall Responsibility

To have mastery over our scripts and to have disciplined follow-up to make every possible opportunity happen.

Duties:
1. To convert "Hot Leads" generated through our marketing efforts (passed to you) to a face-to-face presentation with the prospect by following up with regular calls which you will schedule through the contact management system

2. To attend all scheduled training calls weekly

3. To document all conversations and progress of each prospect with full notes into the CRM System.

4. Send any dead leads to the office manger's pipeline for deleting along with explanation.

5. To ensure that all buyers are receiving our monthly newsletter and our Home Hunter Service where applicable.


The ideal candidate has a good command of the English language and is AWESOME on the phones.
The ideal candidate has a moderate aptitude on the computer and can type more than 40 wpm.

Pay is Base and additional bonus. It's not uncommon for our best ISAs to make close to $564,000 per year in base and bonus compensation offering!
