Looking for Full-time Creative Graphic Designer and Illustrator

Hello :)
We are a print on demand company and looking for a Creative Graphic Designer and Illustrator to join our team.
We want a person who loves art and has good design skills, and design critique.

Job Description:

We are going to send a list of tshirts, book covers designs that are already selling. Your job is going to make a NEW creative designs idea from scratch that visually appealing to the same buyers.
Designs are going to vary from text based designs with some elements, to a full illustration - depends on the buyer or a niche.

Job requirements:

- Advanced Adobe Illustrator, photoshop skills.
- Ability to quickly identify who is the buyer and why they bought the design. ( ex: font, color, layouts .. etc).
- All artwork MUST be original ( your OWN).
- Experience creating designs for Print on Demand Products.
- Great portfolio of original art and designs.
- An understanding of Trademark and Copyright policies and laws.
- The ability to produce up to 30-50 high quality designs a weekly.
