“Our Australian client is a reputable small to medium size Medical/Doctor’s practice in inner city Melbourne. Due to internal growth, they are recruiting for an experienced remote Receptionist / Personal Assistant to manage appointment bookings, customer service and receptionist efforts towards new and existing patients. This is a full time position. You will be a remote Receptionist / Personal Assistant who is experienced and available immediately, or at short notice to start.

This is a customer service / receptionist support role and provides the opportunity for you to truly partner with the Doctor to drive the business forward. With a range of different task to cover; you will be a dynamic and driven person who is both adaptable and business savvy. You must be outgoing and be comfortable with both receiving and making calls to existing and potential patients.

Duties will include providing professional 1:1 support - assisting the Doctor with answering phones, making phone calls and work remotely in the Doctor’s appointment booking system. You will provide all of the usual Receptionist / Personal Assistant tasks such as diary management, patient relationship management and other administrative tasks as the need arises.

You will have experience of working independently, be self-starter and will have a high level communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships. You will also:

• Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience (candidates who have worked within Medical services and software will be looked upon favorably).

• Have access to high speed internet access and have General IT knowledge (MS Office).

• Have a high degree of professionalism and have a positive outlook.

• Excellent written & verbal English communication.
• Be available to start ASAP.
