Team Lead Intern

White Glove Solutions (WGS) is looking for team lead interns to be part of our voice team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of a team lead intern include, but are not limited to, the following:
Oversee day-to-day team operation
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Motivate team members
Set clear team goals
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Suggest and organize team building activities
Support team manager and perform management duties when manager is absent or out of office
Assist management with hiring processes and new team member training
Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
