Need an assistant to provide support for my insurance agency and automotive business. We need assistance with our automation, Wordpress sites, help setting up a Shopify store within our Wordpress site, help with reporting, creating Infusionsoft campaigns and Landing pages etc.
Job Specifications:
Create, edit, alter, update, and proofread Infusionsoft Campaigns for sales, service, and reporting purposes.
Process Infusionsoft data cleanup and reports
Create/implement integrations between our softwares.
Must be able to use Infusionsoft, Zapier, Google Sheets, RingCentral, Wordpress and Slack.
Prefer Experience with: Turborater, Nowcerts, Graphy, Google Studio, Google Sites, and Shopify but not required
Updating wordpress sites and installing latest updates
Hiring Requirements:
Must be timely and meet specified deadlines
Must speak, read, and write English well
Previous insurance agency experience strongly preferred but not required.
Technical Equipment Required:
Desktop Computer - Core i3 and up with 4+ GB RAM
Fiber Internet Service - 5+ Mbps both upload and download
Web Camera for calls
Noise Cancelling Headphones
