We need an experienced webmaster to be the main tech for a growing authority blog.

I am looking for someone permanent to work full-time (40 hours/week) from home. I will expect you to not have another job except for working for me and be able to start quickly.

I do not expect you to be online waiting for my task every waking minute, but I expect an email response within 12 hours during the work week.

We require an email in the morning telling us what your work plans are for the day and one in the evening telling us what you accomplished and your feedback on anything we can do to make your job easier and support you to do your best work and enjoy it.

I expect to have you working for me for years to come. Over time, I hope you will make a very good wage from me and be very happy in your new position.

I need a smart person who gets things done... one who can take directions but, as we grow in our relationship, will work WITH me, not FOR me. I will give clear directions but I will expect you to ask questions if the directions are not clear and--this is of key importance to grow our relationship--to suggest ways to improve how our content and our business is handled.

I will reward excellent work and initiative with additional responsibility and wage increases every six months.
