Amazon Assistants EU | for a Online Trader based in EU (Full time position, 40 hr a week, $350+ per month salary)

UP FRONT:
We want to work with a already qualified person, if you dont feel fit for the Job, its highly reasonable you arent..
We are only seeking people those are already familiar with Amazon Seller Central, replying without any qualification is useless.
Also people who are working extra jobs beside our position are not suited. if you want to work additional hours, we can offer those for you if you like. We are therefor seeking a 100 percent dedicated person and willing to go a long term contract with us.

We are a fast company, that means our time is valuable, please dont respond if you are not a clear fit. We are straight, also in means of salary, you can grow if you found fit to grow.
We define in our company, not by skill but when entering our company
1) New : $350 USD (first 3 months at the job)
2) Assistant : $450 USD (4-12 months at the job)
3) Selfworking : $550+ USD (12+ months at the job)

THE JOB:
- Manage and Optimalise further our amazon listings on all Amazon EU markets, and contact Amazon for changes on listings with competitions or changes issues
- Keep track of FBA stock level and sales velocity, and translate this into a weekly order in excel.
- Customerservice (e-mail) for all EU markets, and using mostly templates for respons.
- Handle reviews (and try to let bad reviews vanish)
- Handle AtoZ claims.
- Contact with Amazon customerservice with small problems, and send the major problems or others to us.
- Daily report to us what you have done the entire day.

We dont demand you being online the entire day, so you can be flexible during the day filling up the hours.
We can offer specific training, and we have a 13th month salary. If sales increase, you can expect a performance bonus.
