Full time web developer with excellent WordPress skills for UK Creative Digital agancy

An exciting opportunity exists working directly for the owner of an established UK based digital agency with a varied client base, working on big brands as well as smaller businesses.

The role will involve working on my personal projects as well as overflow work from my agency.

I have good experience working with virtual workers, especially in the Philippines and have developed many good working relationships.
It is very important that you are capable of doing what you claim and that you are trustworthy, honest and committed to working full time for me. If you complete good work for me on time and you can do what you say, you will be paid promptly every 2 weeks and I will also reward good workers. Although I have found good workers, I have also been let down a few times and wasted time and money and I do not intend to have this happen again. Communication if vital, if you are falling behind on a project or have a problem you need to let me know so I can deal with it.

On to the criteria for the job.


The following skills are ESSENTIAL:
1. You must be a WordPress guru - being able to create themes from PSD’, able to modify themes, , integrate plug-ins and set-up and maintain a secure WordPress installation.
2. You must have excellent HTML, CSS, PHP and javascript skills.
3. You MUST have excellent communication skills (Important).
4. Must be able to work to tight deadlines where necessary
5. Must be able to follow a brief very accurately
6. Must be happy to carry out different tasks as well as development, such as adding content.

The following skills are not necessary but will be beneficial:
1. Working knowledge of up-to-date whitehat SEO
2. Design skills using either Photoshop, Illustrator or inDesign
3. Knowledge of using Headway theme builder for Wordpress
4. If you can work 9.00am - 5.00pm GMT that is great but not essential
