I’m the CEO of a fast moving Faith Based Women’s empowerment company that provides both online training and live events to help women improve in the areas of faith, life, love and business. \\ DUTIES \\
* Create written podcast summaries for publishing on the blog (“show notes”)
* Rewrite, reorganize and reformat (ie “ghostwrite”) transcripts into blog posts
* Transcribe YouTube videos into scripts for my live
* Format blog posts (add titles and subtitles, photos, bullet points, links, etc) on square space blog
* Collaborate with other assistants on my team
* Ongoing
* Set up landing/opt in pages in Wordpress and Ontraport and integrate with my
* Set up “thank you” pages for opt in pages using predestined templates in Wordpress or Ontraport
* Set up webinar pages
* Onboard new clients (ie - send them a welcome
* Assist with writing captions for social media content and
* Upload podcast audio to Libsyn and add thumbnails/pictures
* Create new lists and sign up forms in my Ontraport
* Set up
* Reply to new member
* Handle customer inquires
* Look up reciepts/resend reciepts to customers
* Monitor and manage
* Enforce
* Personal assisting (“order gift for best friend”, “make dinner reservations”, etc)
\\ SKILLS \\
The above is not an exhaustive list but it should give you an idea of the kind of work I’m looking for. All of the above tasks are completely teachable so if there is something on the list you don’t have experience doing, don’t worry. I am willing to train you.
I do require, however, that you have the following skills:
* EXCELLENT English writing
* Ghostwriting/creative writing skills
* Excellent English communication skills
* Excellent time management skills (can finish tasks promptly)
* Tech-savvy
* Familiar with Wordpress and Squarespace
* Can formulate logical sequences for
* Customer support skills
* Detail oriented
* High level of organization and ability to prioritize
* Follows instructions well
* Honest
* Takes initiative, handles feedback well and takes pride in thier work
Extra credit if you have internet marketing experience and are a great copywriter!!
\\ WORKING HOURS \\
I am in the CST (GMT -6) times on. Availability during my time zone is a plus but definitely not required. All of the duties I require for the most part can be performed at any time. I just ask that you provide me a simple daily
\\ COMPENSATION \\
You tell me! I am US-based and will be paying for up to 30 hours of work per week, so please respond with the hourly rate you require. All payments will be made via PayPal.
