Training Specialist

Job Description
The Training Specialist conducts training and development programs tailor-fitted to the needs of the company and/or the department. This includes but is not limited to:
• Training Delivery
• Classroom Facilitation
• Assessments
• Evaluation
• Monitoring - Monitor's and reviews the progress of trainees through questionnaires, actual assessment, and discussion with the line managers/supervisors, administer pre and post-training evaluation in order to measure the effectiveness of the training programs
• Assists in the Training Needs Analysis process in order to identify the training requirements of the Business Unit for the year

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Education/Teaching/Training/Electronics and Communications Engineering, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Must be willing to do fieldwork; In and outside Metro Manila/Country
