Wordpress and Graphics Pro

I need a wordpress expert that is also a great graphics designer to develop sites for my agency. Need to be able to convert from html to wordpress, edit themes and program. Experience in woo commerce a plus, experience in integration into ERP systems a plus, Photoshop,Fireworks,Illustrator, An in-depth knowledge of WordPress core, themes and plugins. Must know:
