Social Media Manager for a Fashion Brand

We are a fashion brand with a focus on weddings and other special occasions and we are looking for someone passionate, creative, and diligent to grow our social media channels - Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook - while building their career as a social media manager. This is going to be a long term opportunity and we'd like to build a long term partnership with the right candidate (for years to come!)

We are looking for someone who has a great attitude and is fun to work with, someone who is a great project manager, shows initiative, has excellent writing skills. Please note that your personal skills are as important to us (if not MORE important) than your technical skills.

We're based out in Denver, CO USA (Mountain time zone).

Your everyday tasks will include:
- Develop Instagram posting calendar for 3 Instagram accounts to increase engagement with followers
- Like and comment on Instagram posts for certain hashtags to increase brand familiarity
- Create and schedule social media posts for Facebook (graphics, news and articles in our niche)
- Respond to and manage any comments on Facebook
- Research, create and schedule pins for Pinterest using Picmonkey or Canva
- Serve as a community manager in our private Facebook group to make sure group rules and policies are followed
- Engage our Facebook community with posts and comments
- Put together lists of influencers to reach out to
- Report on page growth numbers on a monthly basis
- Assist with loading content into our blog platform
- Other responsibilities as the company grows (might include developing email marketing calendars and writing weekly emails)
- Stay up to date on current trends and what works in the world of digital marketing
- Willingness to go through training programs, test out new tools & software

REQUIREMENTS:
- In depth knowledge of and experience with Instagram marketing, ability to create engaging posts
- Superb written and spoken English to write fun and engaging captions for Instagram posts as well as interact with followers
- Experience with managing Facebook business pages and groups
- In depth knowledge of and experience with Pinterest; ability to research and create engaging pins that will drive website traffic
- Experience with social media posting software
- Experience with Canva or Picmonkey to create visually appealing and engaging social media posts and pins
- Experience with developing email marketing campaigns is a big plus
- Experience with Shopify is a plus
- Interest in or passion for fashion is highly preferred
- You’re the kind of person who doesn’t just do the tasks they’re asked to do, but enjoys coming up with the best way of solving a problem or making a process more efficient
- Results driven and devoted to excellence with can-do attitude
- Extremely detail oriented
- Highly adaptable to change and willing to learn and grow
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills!!
- Open to learn new skills

Technical requirements:
- Fast reliable Internet
- Reliable computer
- Smartphone
- Ability to install and use required software (e.g. LastPass, social media scheduling software)
