30 hour/week Real Estate Cold Caller

Looking for someone with experience in sales. Your central role will be focused on cold calling, prospecting, and generating fresh sales leads. You need to be a strong oral and written communicator, and able to make a high volume of outbound/inbound sales calls ---------- 's important to be familiar with skip-tracing, running comps & setting up appointments. Pay will be hourly plus commission. ($3 per hour + $250 per lead closed)

Requirements:
- Good spoken English
- Experience with CRM management (Podio)
- Attention to detail
- Enjoy talking to strangers
- Able to work in Eastern time (10am-6pm)
- Good internet connection
- Knowledge of real estate preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Cold call lists provided by our team daily using Mojo
- Schedule appointments
- Learn & master high converting scripts that are provided by us
- Negotiation

Bonuses:

- $250 USD per lead closed
