Translation Project Manager - part-time

Wolfestone is a growing translation company based in the UK. In July we might need to provide 24hr project management coverage for our clients, depending on if we win their global contract. To make sure we're prepared, we're looking for 2 part-time, long-term project managers based in the Philippines who we'll contract the project management work to if the contract goes ahead.

There will be 2 shifts - either 7am-12.30pm or 12pm-6pm local time. There will be one person per shift, and you will be expected to cover each other for holidays/sickness.
This means guaranteed payment for 28.5-30 hours work/week (paid monthly).

You'll also get commission on each order made and for hitting monthly targets.

You will receive full training in Wolfestone translation project management practices and will be counted on as a member of the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Responding to enquiries from existing customers with pre-negotiated rates;
• Providing customers with quotations and relevant information;
• Negotiating costing and timescales with clients;
• Planning, managing and monitoring multiple projects in all languages
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Coordinating, managing and monitoring suppliers
• Maintaining effective communication, collaboration and relationships with clients and colleagues
• Working to production targets, including margins, delivery and client satisfaction
• Accurately record all required data, including full yet concise project notes, non-conformity reports, etc.;
• Covering for colleague in same time-zone as and when required
