Social Media Virtual Assistant for a Fast-Growing Digital Marketing Agency

We're a fast-growing digital agency based in Shenzhen, China helping our clients increase their brand awareness and sales in overseas markets.

We're looking for a responsive, energetic and motivated FULL-TIME Virtual Assistant to support our amazing Social Media team in community management and page post scheduling on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. There are plenty of growth opportunities for the right person to come onboard!

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist social media managers with responding to comments, messages and group posts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter within 24 hours
- Schedule social media posts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter based on weekly content plans provided by social media managers

QUALIFICATIONS

- Expertise in providing English-language customer support is required
- Experience in assisting with a social media account is required
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Sprout Social, PromoRepublic, Buffer, Hootsuite or others) is a major plus
- Knowledge of consumer electronics and/or e-commerce is a major plus

We're looking for someone who will be available FULL-TIME during our office hours of 9:30am-6:30pm from Monday-Friday, China time. Must have a can-do attitude and communicate well with our team. If this sounds like you, please include a sample of your work in your proposal.
