JOB OVERVIEW

**ONLY WITH FLORIDA TRANSACTION COORDINATION EXPERIENCE WILL BE ENTERTAINED**

The perfect candidate for this role is familiar with Florida residential real estate sales either from previous administrative work or the support side of real estate more so than the selling, cold calling, etc. The Transaction Coordinator owns the process of aiding a transaction from accepted offer to closing and works closely with our agents and their ---------- adline management and organization is a MUST for this position.

Must be familiar with:

- Skyslope
- Required forms including RPA and Disclosures
- Contingency periods
- CRMs
- Creating Pending-to-Close Calendars to memorialize important transaction deadlines

TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understand the contracts in order to summarize all important terms, conditions, and contingency dates
- Communicate with the agent several times throughout the transaction including all important dates, missing documents, calendar reminders, file compliance status, etc.
- Establish relationships with all third parties including lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and all agents in order to ensure a smooth closing process and share relevant information
- Communicate regularly with the client to send them reminders, check in, and let them know what to expect in each step of the closing process
- Client Care: Make each client feel important and cared for – solve problems, provide service, exceed expectations, and nurture for referrals.
- Create timelines and follow-up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are satisfied or addressed from acceptance to closing.
- Be well-versed in handling customer inquiries or complaints
- Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, appraisers, lenders, etc.
- Process all documents daily as received
- Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Organize, schedule, and manage vendors including lender, home inspector, title company
- Other tasks as necessary
