JOB OVERVIEW

The main responsibility is supporting the teams as Account Assistants by helping manage clients and social media accounts. Ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial at heart, as he/she should not be afraid to take the initiative. Ideal candidate MUST be responsible and timely.

Assist in creating social media strategies and posts.
Assist with increasing social media engagement.
Produce and analyze multiple social media accounts’ reports using in house tools.
Monitor and assist the teams in day-to-day management of accounts.

Requirements
Candidates should have an undergraduate or graduate degree BS or BA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Passion for social media.
Highly organized.
Strong communication skills.
Hands-on mentality.
Works in a structured and timely manner.
Proactive and flexible with the ability to manage time effectively
Ability to work independently.
Ambitious and creative personality and eager and energized to help grow THE VOEU AGENCY.
Affinity with online and social media.
Project management skills.
Professional/friendly demeanor.
Personal laptop required.
