Customer Support

We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience working in e-commerce.

REQUIREMENTS
-Experience using ZenDesk
-Experience doing customer service for e-commerce stores

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Respond to customer requests on ZenDesk in perfect English
-Issue refunds according to our refund policy
-Re-send products to customer when needed
-Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately(within 2 business days, preferably 1)
-Communicate on skype daily with our team
-Display a high level a professionalism at all times
