As the company’s Sales Manager, you will be a mentor to your sales team helping them to refine their sales abilities, setting SMART goals, and exceeding quotas.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Management of 20-100/month medium-to-large sales deals from start to finish: lead mining/prospecting, qualifying, close, and post-sale
Timely and effective follow-up for all leads; implement appropriate
Finding new and improved ways of improving sales performance every month
Opening of new sales opportunities for the company
Train and manage sales agents
Present weekly sales performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities
Create and evolve quarterly strategies, monthly tactics, and daily routines
Help in facilitating
Qualifications and Skill Sets:
Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier university (Business/Marketing majors preferred)
Minimum of 7 years combined experience of related business development and B2B outbound sales experience with at least 3 years in Managerial sales position in the e-commerce industry is required.
Fluent in English: written & speaking (minimal accent)
With a good understanding on how leads are mined and scraped
Knows how to write sales copies and outbound marketing
With a good understanding of how sales
Track record of superior performance metrics
Adept at MS office, MS Excel, Google Apps; Experience with CRM and marketing tools
Full time & ability to work United States (PST) hours
Familiarity with Outreach Sales Platform is a plus!
