Paralegal

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management, Political Science or equivalent
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience specializing in Law, Legal Services or equivalent.
• Passed the Bar Professional License Exam
• Familiar with Labor, Corporate, Business regulations and compliance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drafts and reviews contracts and other legal documents
• Recommend to Management courses action and drafts letters concerning the legal aspect of operational, administrative and financial matters.
• Represent the Compnay in mettings, hearings and other legal proceedings, in collaboration with the Company's counsel on retainer, on matters affecting its business interest and recommends courses of action
• Conducts legal researchand gathersrelevant information relative to oyur court cases. Monitor changes in government laws, rules, regulations affecting our business interest.
