Wordpress Expert needed for Customization + Editing of Wordpress site

Hi,

I am looking for someone who is a wordpress expert meaning they can optimize wordpress, make it load faster, customize the current theme, fix errors, if I ask for an edit or a task it's done fast.

English needs to be VERY good, last thing I want is having someone not understand a task and ask 10 times how to do it.
