Writer with Social Media Experience and Graphic Design Skills

Hello,

We’re seeking a full time (40hrs/week) VA with excellent writing skills, social media experience, and some graphic design knowledge to join our team and help us grow our business by improving our social media outreach and expanding our market research. Huge plus if you love fitness and enjoy challenging work.

You’ll primarily assist us with the following tasks:

-Research new products & wholesalers for our online store
-Create events for our Live Courses on Facebook
-Draft marketing emails
-Gather contact information (names, emails, instagram handles) on gyms and personal trainers in the cities we will be visiting with our certification course.
-Create brochures, flyers and social media graphics

Initially, we’ll work with you to ensure you get a full understanding of how every part of the company works. You’ll meet the team and understand their roles and then we’ll dive right in—this year is already looking like a busy one with courses scheduled through November so there will be plenty to do and lots to learn.

You’ll be required to provide a daily written update (15-20min) answering: (1) What did you do today? (2) What problems or issues came up that you’re struggling with? (3) What did you learn? (4) What new opportunities for improvement do you see?

Applicants that look like a good fit will be asked to complete a PAID (we will pay you upfront via PayPal) 3hr assignment that will be an example of writing and design abilities. This helps us decide which candidate to hire and is risk-free to you as you’ll be paid upfront for 3hrs of your time.
