Virtual Assistant - Accountant

I need a Virtual Assistant-accountant and business plan specialist to be responsible for my hair salon’s finance with payroll, inventory, quickbooks, profit and loss. Also someone that could manage the salons marketing. Someone I can count on to create and follow a business plan.
Also comfortable with recruitment.

Qualifications:
Self-driven
Available to work US east cost time zone.
Knows accounting, payroll and bookkeeping.
Knowledgable in quickbooks and other accounting ---------- n do social media marketing in Instagram and Facebook
Can help with online sales
Great with customer service, to schedule clients, follow up for future service, and ask for ---------- n do these tasks but are not limited to
willing to always learn new tasks and new role
