Seeking Rising Digital Marketing Star for Long-Term Position

Hi,

This is for long-term employment. I am looking for a rising Digital Marketing Star (at mid-level rates) – someone who has good digital marketing skills already - and has the desire to further his/her knowledge to become a digital marketing superstar. I am looking for someone with a great sense of responsibility, somebody I can trust and rely on.

I have been a digital marketer myself for the last 10 years – but I am learning every day. I’d like to invest time in your training – and I am also open to learning from you. Ideally, you have the desire to progressively grow into the position of a digital marketing super VA, taking some of the weight off my shoulders.

Your task would be to contribute to the growth of two online course portfolios: 1) digital marketing business development courses (such as: “Become your own boss as a digital marketer”) and 2) Development of courses in spiritual growth (yoga, meditation, creative visualization, etc…)

In the beginning, you would execute tasks at your liking from the following list. This will help you familiarize with the current marketing setup and our service offerings, allowing you to ask questions and get into the beat of things:

• Reviewing and uploading blog content to WordPress
• Developing a facebook messenger ---------- with ---------- .ai (similar to ---------- )
• Write content (if you like to write) or help write video scripts
• Help with the setup of a viral marketing campaign with ----------
• Reviewing an Active Campaign automation marketing sequence for list growth
• Transferring an evergreen webinar video file on ---------- and make automation sequence work for signup to a Free trial course

In a collaborative atmosphere, you would help brainstorm clever digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the CEO of the company (hey, that’s me! ?). You will then execute portions of the strategies independently and with only minimal supervision from me – reporting and discussions with me will help you stay on track. I am rather laid back, yet need to know where things are going at all times to be able to plan ahead. I am pretty much always available to help on Skype, Facebook or ---------- .

When the business starts to grow, you would be invited to take part in the hiring process of specialist VAs, delegate tasks and supervise their work.

My current marketing plan ideas involve the following media and tools (you will have unrestricted access to most of the tools mentioned):

• Funnel marketing and automation: the objective is growing my existing email list (Tool used for automation marketing: ---------- )
• Content marketing – Text (Tools: WordPress Blog, ---------- , ---------- , ---------- )
• Content marketing - Video (Tools: ---------- for webinars, ---------- for short videos up to 3 min; wave.video, ---------- for personal video messaging)
• Conversation marketing: Facebook messenger ---------- (Tools: Activechat.ai or ---------- )
• Social media marketing: Campaigns with Facebook ads, Instagram, Twitter and ---------- (Tools: ---------- )
• PPC marketing: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads
• SEO: basic to intermediate knowledge welcome ( ---------- )
• Onsite message marketing ( ---------- for exit intent pop-ups, header ads on WordPress website)
• Project management (Tool used: ---------- )

Ideally, you would bring the following to the table:

• Excellent understanding of the major facets of digital marketing
• Capable of defining priorities and execute planning
• A keen interest in exploring new marketing options and an interest in learning new skills
• Ruthless in exploring new ways to improve results (lead volumes, conversion rates, revenue)
• Some technical knowledge would be super!!, ..but marketing + techy is a rare combination (WP dev, PHP, CSS, JSON...)
• Good people skills (have fun under the sun! :-)
• Good analytical skills (Google Analytics)
• Have a sunny character

For this new business venture, I am able to pay 750 USD. This will increase over time with incoming revenue.
