Print on Demand Graphic Designer/Illustrator

I'm looking for a graphic designer/illustrator to help me with my online print on demand business. I'm looking for someone to mainly design t-shirts, but I also need designs for other types of products, such as mugs.

I will be providing the design ideas, but if you have some experience or interest in researching profitable niches, please let me know. I'd be happy to pay a higher rate.

The ideal candidate is someone who:
- communicates effectively in English
- is an experienced graphic designer
- can work independently with minimal supervision
- can follow design direction and take constructive criticism
- doesn't violate copyright laws
- can create unique designs from provided ideas, examples, or themes
- is able to consistently produce work on time
- is trustworthy and doesn't steal or resell work

This would start out part-time (around 20 hours a week) with the potential to go full-time. I am willing to be flexible in terms of hours for the right person. I'm also willing to be flexible if you'd prefer to work on an hourly or per design rate.

We'd start with a trial week (which you will be paid for) to see if it's a good fit and then go from there.
