JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a virtual assistant to help me with my online print on demand business. I'm looking for someone who can research design niches, do SEO research and create listings, and edit design files.

I will give you documentation on how I want this done, and you will have guidance from me.

The ideal candidate is someone who:
- has experience researching products on Amazon or Etsy
- has experience with design software like Sketch or Gravit
- can communicate effectively in English
- can work independently with minimal supervision
- can follow directions and take constructive criticism
- takes initiative and can solve problems without being asked
- is able to consistently produce work on time

This would start out part-time (around 20 hours a week) with the potential for more. I am willing to be flexible in terms of hours for the right person. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who'd be willing to take on more tasks over time, so this role has the potential to be full-time.

I'm more interested in finding someone smart, trustworthy, committed, and willing to learn and take initiative. We'd start with a trial week (which you will be paid for) to see if it's a good fit and then go from there.
