JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for Virtual Assistance to join our growing team of accommodation solution providers in Canada . Are you looking to build a long-term working relationship? The virtual Assistance needs to be able to communicate easily over the internet , work independently or with a team and provides reports and updates. This person will need to have excellent oral and written English communication skills and professional experience working as a virtual assistance, additionally very knowledgble with web and Google apps. If you have positive attitude and tenacity to solve problems and willing to commit to do your work diligently and you are looking part time work ,three days a week ; please email me with details about yourself, your experience, your resume, and your hourly compensation requirements.

Keep in mind the following information:

Work Status: Part-Time (Full time potentially) At the beginning we can start with three days a week , 20 hours
Level: Mid Level - Office Assistant
Work Schedule: Asia/Manila 05:00 AM - 11:00 AM Pacific time 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Outsourcing Model: Administrative Functions
No. Of Staff Needed: 1

Must be able to multitask and complete various general office tasks
3-5 years of Virtual Assistant experience required. University / college graduate preferred/

Must have:
Excellent Communication skills
Social Media communication (Managing and scheduling posts on major platforms
Extensive Virtual Office Assistant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Ability to work in a high pressured environment
Knowledgeable and well-experienced working with Google apps

Good to have:
Basic accounting and Data Analysis.
Basic IT and webpages skills would be plus Basic Photoshop and image editing, video editing.

Responsibilities:
Work on Microsoft / Google Drive
Maintain and update excel files / Google Drive
Update bookkeeping
Entry of data
Update website information
Daily written communication with Clients

Desired Home Infrastructure:
Desktop or laptop-Windows 7 (or above) or Mac OS/dual-core processor or better/4 Gb RAM or better/Installed with latest anti-virus software
DSL internet connection (8 Mbps or better)
WhatsApp availability
An HD webcam (720p/3mp or better)
A stable supply of electricity
A professional and quiet working space with good lighting at home -professional background (behind a plain background wall)/free from any background noise e.g. animals, pets etc.


There is an evolving daily checklist of required tasks that you'll need to complete without supervision. Tasks may include research, data entry, answering emails, operating live chat/ whatsApp, monitoring and editing listings, posting on social media, testing website features, and more.

You'll need to keep track of the overall tasks you perform and post it in a daily report that will be emailed to your manager.
