Sales and Service Engineer

Comprehensive sales activities for IEC and Inkmaker range of products; which includes but not limited to visit potential and existing customers; prepare and follow-up on quotations; and update strength and weakness for each quotation.

Undertake marketing activities for example; organise and participate in approved Exhibition, distribution of flyers and company introduction, prepare sales material in Philippines language, organise customer visit to Malaysia factory and other instructed activities.

Responsibilities and Duties

* To supervise machine installation, testing and commissioning.

* To provide after sales service and support.

* To respond to customer's inquiries and execute sales presentations.

* To handle all technical sales activities for Philippines region.

* To prepare quotations, proposals and tender bids

* To source for new customers

* To provide continuous support and to maintain good working relationship with existing and new customers.

* To grow the business in new application area or industry

* To develop appropriate marketing strategies for the region

* To prepare, coordinate and participate in exhibitions

* To prepare daily, weekly & monthly activity reports.

Requirements

Ability to be based in Manila
Possess Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical degree or diploma from reputable University/Polytechnic with 4 years experience in similar capacity.
Good oral & written communication in English.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to work under pressure in a demanding and multitasking environment.
Possess own transport.
