We are a small growing company that make and distribute our own products in two very different niches; first aid/baby care and vinyl music accessories. We mainly sell our products on the Amazon platform and we also have our own website and we sell directly to trade customers.
We are looking for a committed, efficient and friendly person to join our small team, working directly with the owners of the business.
Tasks will vary and will initially involve helping us to forecast sales and produce our standard reporting in Excel and Word.
A knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central is essential, in order to carefully monitor the health of our account and respond accordingly to any customer queries and/or feedback requests within the required timescale.
You will need to have experience of contacting Amazon Support in order to get queries resolved.
Keyword research and knowledge of Amazon listing optimization is also required. We sell in the UK and across the European marketplaces, so some of the listing you will be working with are written in German, French, Spanish and Italian.
Previous experience of Ebay is also beneficial, as our sales are growing on this marketplace.
