Business Analyst / Virtual Assistant (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, Data Analysis)

We are looking full time support to assist us in growing a US-based business (and for related businesses/projects). The industries are related to technology and real estate (mainly for federalhomebuyers. com and congressionalcapitalva. com) but job duties will be broad as described below. We are looking for someone good in multiple areas - not a superstar who only has one skill.

Job Duties

The candidate will spend the majority of their time in the following areas:
- Opportunity Identification - Internet Research/Data Collection + Analysis | Client Outreach (about 50%)
- Digital Marketing - SEO/SMM (about 30%)
- Content Development - Blog articles and postings (about 10%)
- Other (letter writing, customer support/chat, etc.)

Technology Skills:
- Must be savvy with technology: email, Google Spreadsheets, Asana, learning quickly (e.g. CRM)
- Must be fast typer and fast in general
- Must be comfortable with Gmail, Skype Video/Google Hangout, VOIP calls, etc.
- Must have reliable Internet services
- Strong understanding of SEO and SMM is required

Communications Habits:
- Fluent speaking ability in English and solid English writing ability
- Must be available weekly (Monday-Friday) during working hours (expectation of full-time support)
- Must be rapidly accessible and responsive using email and Skype
- Available for morning/evening calls as needed

- Honest, Hard Working, Friendly, Self Motivated, Disciplined
- Must be able to work independently and show value in such an environment
- Professional and businesslike on the phone and in written correspondence
- We are looking for a full-time, committed VA. We expect the candidate to not take on additional VA or project work for other companies that would conflict with work for us.

Expected Compensation:
- Range: TBD - likely $300mo - $600 USD mo for full time support (plus commission potential of $50 to $500+ per lead) but depends on skills, experience and overall abilities
- Will be paid bi-monthly (for the first two months - then monthly) in arrears using PayPal or Xoom, etc.
