We are currently hiring for a Director of Operations.

What will I be doing?
As the director of operations and based out of the Philippines you will develop and drive the companies culture and company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Your primary priority will be to build your Rock Star Team. First you will hire a Filipino Day time shift manager, and also an Evening shift manager. The day shift will start from 2am - 10:30am (EST) and the Evening Shift will start from 6pm - 2:30am EST. You, along with your 2 managers will then hire additional filipino VA's. This team will be experienced in the VA world in a thriving AirBnB style operation, these shifts, along with our USA operations will allow operations to thrive 24 hours a day. YOu will hire, fire and coach this team while reporting to The President of the Company.

After you have built your team, you and The President will continue to strategize on how your team is performing. You will coach your team on what success looks like and drive the Filipino team forward to success.

Requirements.
- You will be required to have very strong proven leadership skills in a similiar environment.
- People management experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision making skills
- Eagerness to learn and try out new ideas
- Ability to see the big picture, think strategically, and solve problems creatively
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Experience in operations and implementation
- Experience in project or change management
- Experience in using PM software like Streamline or others
- A home office with a strong and reliable internet connection
- Experience in Google Sheets, Good Docs etc.
- Excellent Verbal English and Written skills to include grammer.
