?A social media manager who can edit and distribute video and written content for a variety of social media platforms without a lot of oversight from us.
?A creative thinker who can turn one piece of long-form content into several pieces of short-form, content, adapted for each individual social media platform.

SKILLS REQUIRE:

-2-3 Years experience as a Social Media/Content/Digital Marketing Manager
-?Extensive knowledge on all Social Media platforms,
- ?Advanced mastery of??Facebook (FB ads, FB Marketing, Social Media moderation)?
-Excellent communication skills in English.
-?Must be detail-oriented, creative, proactive?
-Has a solid background in Digital Marketing and Content Writing ??.
-Experience split-testing posts and applying insights into social media content strategy.?
-Understands SEO and has experience using Google analytics.?
-Experience running??Facebook ads??.
-Should be an expert in the video edit
?- Content writing - MUST?
- Using tools like Hootsuite, Linkedin helper or Octopus, Canva, SemRush?.

DUTIES:

-Create and configure from scratch.??Facebook Page and Instagram account.
-?Researching and building our target audiences
- Uploading??email lists, FB fans and building warm audiences, engaged audiences, look-a-like audiences,
video watchers, etc
-Ad Placement Strategy (testing of when, where, how often and to whom the ads will be targeted to and placed. ?
-Testing and reviewing lead funnels including opt-in pages (or direct leads)?
-Monitoring campaigns daily: optimizing/scaling/reviewing stats?
-Making determinations on best performing ads and cutting losers.
-Creating reports and communicating daily on the status of the ads.
-Troubleshooting non-performing ads?
-Setting up paid ads on social media platforms (Facebook ads, Linkedin ads, Instagram ads)?
