Virtual Assistance (male / female) for bookkeeping and organisational tasks

Hey there! Greetings from Germany!
I am looking for a reliable person that is motivated to help me out doing all kinds of daily tasks in my business such as bookkeeping or contacting new business partners.

We will not use any time tracking tool because I trust everyone I am working with 100%. No need for any tool :)
Right now, there is only 2-4 hours of work necessary per week. But if we both feel good working together, I would definitely consider working together with you for future projects, too.

Your English needs to be very good! I want to be able to speak and wite with you fluently and with no problems. No other skill is necessary because I believe that you can learn anything if you are truly and intrinsically motivated to work on yourself. If you are not, please do not apply.

The salaray will be based on the hours you work, no fixed monthly salaray. This is because the amount of work will differ a lot between from time to time.
