Position:
Graphic Designer

Salary:
$ ---------- per month depending on the experience. This is just the starting point, there will be plenty of opportunities for raises!

Type of Employment:
Full Time & Long Term

Trial Period:
Before the full employment, there will be a four-week probation period (trial) during which we will figure whether we like each other and if we can work together. I will pay $100 for each week. If by the end of the trial, both parties feel like it is a good fit and match, then full-time employment will be offered.

Training:
You’ll be given comprehensive training when you start out. Also, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and I will always be easily available (especially in the beginning)

2) Successful applicants will be contacted and scheduled a Skype Interview with. This is just to get to know each other better and to ask any questions that both parties might have.

Hours:
-40 hours/week
-Able to work PST time zone (roughly 8AM-5/6PM PST) this is just an estimate. Happy to discuss and accommodate the hours
-Able to work 1-2 hours on the weekend

Responsibilities:

There are only 2 main tasks that you will start off with. Keep in mind that later on, there will be plenty of opportunities for growth!

1. Graphic Design

You’ll basically be doing graphic design for our Amazon product pages and our brand’s advertising material! You’ll be making sure that your graphic design not only looks nice and professional, but also on-brand. You should also be able to create vectors.

2. Video Editing

Basically like graphic design, but now with video! Video editing will mostly be isolated to advertising material.

Beyond graphic design and video editing experience, all you’ll need to bring to the table is that you should be very organized, detail oriented, willing to learn new things, always wanting to go the extra mile, always give it the best you got and always challenge yourself. I am looking for the right person rather than just a set of skills, because I can teach anyone skills, but finding the right person who’s willing to do their best and put everything into practice is harder to come by.

Other Details (MUST READ):

This is not a regular job post for you just to make some temporary money and for me to get a temporary “virtual assistant”. This is very different. I am not looking just for another VA, I am looking for somebody who always who strives for excellence, pushes for more, and never settles for mediocrity. Anything outside of it is not my business (exactly how you’ve done it, when, etc).

I am very reasonable, fair and flexible. I’m more than happy to provide the vacation time, sick day-offs, bonuses, and flexible schedule. Basically, ANYTHING as long it makes sense - i.e nobody takes advantage of anybody - and the job gets done at the best level. There will be plenty of room for discussing all of these - I’m quite flexible.
