We are a rapidly growing (400% year over year) and experienced Amazon company in search of talented team members looking for a long-term employment growth opportunity.
This is a full-time home based 40 hour / week position with overtime available as well. We pay monthly with PayPal, already successfully work with 2 permanent virtual employees (for more than 1 year), and always consistently pay on time.

WHO WE'RE SEEKING:
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented and extremely motivated team member to become our new Amazon customer service manager. This is a key role that requires a detailed understanding of how physical product e-commerce works (not drop shipping).We are looking for a reliable, proactive self-starter who is able to work independently, has a very structured approach towards work and who has a good business understanding of our goals, which are to keep client satisfaction high and increase revenue while keeping refunds and chargebacks low. The candidate must also be willing to take over ---------- this role, you’ll be tasked to do all kinds of jobs and be the best at each one:

- Attracts potential customers by answering product questions; suggesting information about other products via live chat, email, or voice
- Maintains customer records by updating account information as needed.
- Resolves product problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and
explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Respond to at least x40 inquiries a day
- Call customers to learn about their experience with Stand desk
- Fluent in English: written & speaking (minimal accent)
-Recruit and Managing other VA in the future.
