VA with long term prospect, for startup Real Estate business

I am currently one man band with plenty of experience in different fields but planning to offload my tasks and give a chance for someone else to grow with me and my business.

I do not look for some ridiculous requirements, as long as you have passion and learn fast and fulfill selected requirements (most of them) we'll see how it goes.

For now tasks are mostly based on research of properties in target areas, calls/emails with agents and arranging/scheduling viewings, which I am going to do myself.
Some data entry like contacts etc. and standard Customer Relationship Management included.

Sometimes I may ask for receipt to be recorded as a bookkeeping task and maybe transcribe some audio notes. That's it .
